The Loveseat has a curved wood seat that is ergonomically designed for added comfort, and a gently curved ski back. The standard size will accommodate 2 adults, and maybe squeeze 3. Use the tails in a footstool to share.

The bench is crafted from cedar wood and can be finished with an exterior stain. Exterior grade screws are used exclusively for protection from the elements, and all screw heads in the arms are plugged with matching grain cedar for a more finished look.

Custom Design Options include the following:

Colors: Select a color scheme that works for you.

Ski Type: We can use alpine (downhill), nordic (x-country), racing or kids skis to make a chair for you. We can even combine types if you'd like a combination chair.

Brands: Base the design off your fav brand.

Ski or wood seat: Have us use the ski tails in the rolled seat or save them for a footstool and go with an all wood seat.

Ski Arm Option: Our standard design is with wooden arms, as we prefer the look, feel , and size of them. However, if you want a little more ski look to your chair, ski arms might be for you.

We can run one or two tails on each side, just let us know if this is a look you'd prefer.

Finishing: Our loveseat comes in unfinished cedar wood. Cedar is very rot resistant on its own but will weather to a soft gray over time. More about cedar here. If you want to prevent this or add some additional protection to the wood, we recommed a finish. Finish option details are listed here, and you can add the Penofin exterior stain to your order above. Color sample shown at left.

Custom Sizing: We have spent considerable time perfecting the geometry of our chair design to comfortably fit most frames. However if yours is not "most frames" or you would like something else besides the standard, we can easily do that for you. Any of the chair sizing can be modified to be smaller, larger, lower, wider, narrower, or the back angle can be adjusted to be a more upright chair if you prefer less of a back angle.

Our standard chair back will easily accommodate someone up to 6"3". If you are taller than that, we recommend a back extension to allow a bit more room before the ski tips.
