2 Year Limited Warranty

We stand behind Green Mountain Ski Furniture’s product quality and materials used for a period of two full years from the delivery date.  If you feel our products have not held up under normal use and proper care, please contact us and we will determine the best course of action.  We can not cover accidental damage caused by acts of nature, abusive use, and/or the normal fading, checking, and aging of the lumber used.  The stainless hardware we use is guaranteed and covered by the manufacturer to not rust for the life of your furniture.  Please contact us for details.

7 Day Money Back Guarantee

If you receive your ski furniture and you are not totally satisfied for any reason, simply contact us within 7 days for a full refund.  To get a full refund you mustcontact us first, then return the product in the original shipping box, undamaged, disassembled, and with shipping prepaid.  Once we receive the returned item in its original condition you will then receive a full refund for the purchased price.  

Shipping Damage

We insure all shipments, so if there is any damage call or e-mail immediately so we can notify the shipper.  Any damage will be taken care of ASAP and to the best of our ability given the claim process from our carriers.

Personal Gear Disclaimer

Please note that we can not cover or otherwise warranty any of your own gear.  If you supply skis you would like us to use and they are in questionable shape, we will do what we can to put them together and let you know that they may not last for you.  If they are selected for the piece we can not stand behind their longevity.  That said, most gear cleans up rather well and should last for some time in the worst of conditions.
